Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your KV Maison piece. If it's not quite right, we're happy to help.
Returns
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in their original condition, within 14 days of delivery or purchase.
For the moment, free returns are available in person in Vancouver. Please contact us to arrange a return.
If you're unable to return your order in person, you may ship your return back to us at your own cost. We're a small, independent brand, and covering return shipping isn't something we're able to offer just yet. We truly appreciate your understanding and support as we grow.

Exchanges
Need a different size or style? We're happy to arrange an exchange, subject to availability. Return shipping costs for mailed exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Sale & Final Sale Items
Sale, promotional, and final-sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
Every KV Maison piece is handmade with care. If your item arrives damaged or you notice a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the item and your order number. We'll be happy to make it right.
